Are my pokemon stats any good? -{pokemon white}?

Why do you have a special attacking Jellicent? Jellicent is supposed to act as a tank or wall. The EVs you should have given it were 252 hp and the rest in defense and special defense.... Those stats look about right for the way you trained it though, but I feel sorry that you wasted your time training your pokemon the wrong way.
