Pokemon Black and White Ev Training?

I just found out about EV training and want to do it, but i noticed that i used vitamins on my pokemon. I learned before that they add 10 EV points to the stat they're supposed to raise, so right now i need a way to reset the EVs. Or should i just get the same pokemon but ev train them the proper way?
