What is happening to me? Am I going Insane?

I am a 14 year old male and every so often I get really annoyed and attack friends for no apparent reason. I also sometimes hear my dad shouting my name when he isn't around. Yes I am going through changes. Please don't post silly comments its difficult and I really don't know what to do. Is there any way to see if I am going loopy?
