Pokemone White team help?

Okay, so far all i know is i plan to have Elektross, Chandelure, and Haxorus. I dont know what movesets or anything really, so i need those (no HM's plz), and the rest of the team. It will be used for online and in game play. Id also like EVs if you could and who i should fight to get them. Thank you!
