Does anyone know what this book is?

Could it be 'Wolf Brother'? The cover art fits the description pretty well, I think. There's also 'Spirit Wolf', which also looks like it fits the description. And 'Night of the Wolf', but that one doesn't actually seem to be quite the same thing. I hope I helped you some!! =D Good luck!
