Pokemon white team help?

Holy crap that's a ton of info. First off why do you need chandelure AND infernape? Too much fire. I'm not a fan of porygon but you seem to have it figured out I like it's moves. Breloom and Hydreigon are definitely keepers. Your togekiss is alright considering what your type of battle strategy is..I'd go with roost over wish but that's just me. Now concerning your lead..why do you use swampert? This is pkmn White do you even KNOW how good samurott is?? He does have killer moves however and as far as the focus band thing goes, I can't help you I don't really know if it's legal. Hope I helped. Your team is impressive.
