Is 'the bell curve' by Harvard Psychologist Richard J. Herrnstein correct, (in your opinion)?
the data that are presented in a Bell Curve depends largely on the population or the data from which the scores were taken. The bell curve is just a representation of the data considered in the studies. And if it so happened that the Asians have higher scores in IQ, it is because, in that population sample, the Asian students have higher IQ. But if in another school, that have mostly White American or African American or Latina as their population samples, then, of course, no Asians will ever come out as the highest. Again, the study will greatly depend on the population samples not the bell curve because the bell curve simply reflects the scores no matter who the sample population is.
