I know my pokemon's IVs, but I can't find a calculator to find its EVs. Is there a way to account for them?

My Jolly Tyranitar's IVs are 7/25/26/14/29/26, and its stats at level 68 are 226/223/183/134/171/147. The lady in Opelucid town says that its effort values are maxed. I would like to know what its specific effort values are, since i never kept track. Any help?
