EV training an excadrill?

After every battle you gain two EVs. In Generation V it adds automatically after every battle. The amount of experience does not matter. Also train it in attack. Attack is found at Route 10 with Bouffalient, Herdier, and (if it is Black) Sawk giving two, Stoutland giving 3, and rufflet/vullaby giving 1
