How can I get gray primer out of my pajama pants?

i was painting this helmet i have with gray primer and i accidentally got my nee on the primer paint cap and i tried using sand paper which was a dumb idea i even tried that shout stain remover and it didnt work im even washing it at the heavy was setting but is there a way to get the rest out og my paints? please help.
