I am in interested in wildlife conservation. What should I major in?

I can either major in Biology or Environmental Science (the population/organismal track). I wouldn't be able to major in both. I also have an interest in anthropology (how humans interact with the wildlife), so it would be nice to double major in EVS and anthropology. Do you think it is absolutely necessary to major in biology for this occupation?
