I miss this guy..a lot, what should i do?

We used to talk non stop and i miss him so much like he was kind of like a brother, we texted everyday. Then one day it jjust stopped..he was charming and sweet. he lives far away but thats okay, and i just miss him what should i do? like every once and a while he will text or call but i always miss his calls for some reason...DAMMIT...o then my friend thinks him and her r gonna get married someday even though she was his second choice multiply times...but wht evs idc........i just wanna talk to him again but i dnt wanna cal him first cuz he shares a phone with his mom...
