The perfect Charizard?

I'm currently trying to create the most powerful Charizard possible. I've gotten it to level 100 and maxed out all its EVs. The problem is its moveset. It's only got fire-type moves: Overheat, Flamethrower, Flare Blitz and Blast Burn. I want to replace at least two of these (obviously not Blast Burn) with non-fire type moves so that it will be useful against Pokemon with the Flash Fire ability. I thought about using a tm to teach it Hyper Beam, but the Pokemon that I'm currently frustrated with trying to beat is Chandelure, who has Flash Fire and is also part Ghost type, which means Hyper Beam won't affect it. Any suggestions?
