What is the best moveset for a beautifly?

I play competitive wi-fi battles and really want to add one of my favorite bugs, beautifly, to my team. What is the ideal moveset? (EVs,nature,IV phrase, and item to hold would be awesome to know too) I want to train it up in the next few days.
