Its moves will be resistive against ground,grass,fire,water, and ice types. You are right with the focus slash. You could change icicle spear to avalanche. Have it learn rock slide to take out other ice type pokemon for a surprise attack. Toxicroak with dry skin and others are immune to water type attacks. It make them weaker to fire attacks though.
